How can one work in a similar environment to the Ace of Cakes show?
I saw the show Ace of Cakes and I was wondering what type of people do they hire. I’m assuming they are pastry chefs with a touch of artist. Do you think they hire people trained in Architecture or Industrial Design. People with strong 3D sense?
